CHARLIE’S CHUNKY CRANBERRRY RELISH 

Without the sharpness of fresh cranberries, this is a delicious blend of sweet, dried cranberries combined with the slight spiciness of small red peppers. Cooked slowly for flavour, it's tangy without being hot, with a delicious sweet flavour which enhances something as simple as a sandwich, but is a lovely addition to a gravy for lamb or venison.

Fabulous with cheese, cold meats, pies and pates, but also makes a lovely accompaniment for chicken, turkey and lamb, this versatile relish is smashing with curry!
