This is an unusal and delicious caramelized carrot chutney, cooked by the same
long slow method as our Red Onion Marmalade, giving oodles of flavour and a distinct
after-taste - not so much 'ow, it's burned my throat' as 'ooh, that's got a bit of a
kick'!
It's great in something as simple as a cheese sandwich (a la M&S) but we have it with EVERYTHING! Warning: This product is seriously addictive
