DOT'S DELICIOUS A tasty, sweet Dressing  with Mustard and Herbs.  This dressing suits everybody!

GEORGE'S GORGEOUS GARLIC & HONEY   Great Taste Bronze Award Winner, 2004.  Creamy, sweet dressing with a hint of garlic, delicious on any salad, makes a lovely marinade.

IZZY'S INTERESTING ITALIAN Garlic, Herbs & Mustard with the piquancy of Red Peppers.   Not quite so sweet, this dressing is often used with fish, and makes a lovely marinade, especially when left overnight, as the peppers give a hint of spice.

LEO'S LUSCIOUS BALSAMIC & ORANGE Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil with a definite tang of  Orange.  This is a more exotic dressing, gorgeous with any salad it enhances stir-fries, and is a superb marinade for any meat.
