This unique White Wine Vinegar Dressing combines Garlic, Herbs & Mustard with the piquancy of Red Peppers. Delicious as a Salad Dressing it can be mixed with Cream Cheese and a little creme fraiche for a delicious dip or a topping for Jacket potatoes, to pour over pasta, or use as tasty marinade with Chicken or Fish!
RECIPE SUGGESTIONS:
Marinade chicken or turkey in Izzy's for a couple of hours, or even overnight, grill or bake. The peppers in the dressing give a delicious 'tang' to the finished meal!
Take creme fraiche, whipped cream or cream/cottage cheese, (or a combination of any of these), add Izzy's to taste, serve with crisps or crudities. Alternatively, use as a filling for jacket potato, or with new potatoes.
Izzy's is also delicious with fish - our customers use it with salmon, tuna and mackrel fillets!
