LEOS LUSCIOUS BALSAMIC & ORANGE 250g
Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil combine with Orange & Lemon in a unique, sweet & tangy dressing.
Recipe Suggestions:
Wonderful with Avocado, prawns and any green
salad.
Take a leg of lamb (fresh or frozen). Place in an oven-proof casserole dish,pour over Leo's (approx half a bottle), marinade for 2 hours (or until completely thawed) turning once or twice. Place in the oven, covered, and cook slowly, 20 before serving take out the leg of lamb and place on a roasting dish, brown in a hot oven for 10 minutes. Use the juices to make the gravy - superb! (Equally good with beef or duck).
Delicious in stir-frys, also with fish as a marinade/sauce.
