BLUEBERRY BALSAMIC VINEGAR      The sharpness of taste2006 blue.jpg (98284 bytes)the balsamic is offset by the sweet organic blueberry juice, making a versatile vinegar which can be used as a FAT FREE SALAD DRESSING - equally lovely with a simple crusty loaf as a starter, with soft fruit such as strawberries, rasps or nectarines, and useful as a marinade or a 'starter' for a special sauce.

CHARLIE’S CHUNKY CRANBERRRY RELISH  A delicious blend of sweet, dried cranberries combined with the slight spiciness of small red peppers. Fabulous with cheese, cold meats, pies and pates, but also makes a lovely accompaniment for chicken, turkey and lamb, this versatile relish is smashing with curry!

CELEBRATION CRANBERRY WITH PORT & ORANGE  A tasty, traditional sauce crammed with fresh cranberries with tangy orange zest and an extravagant hint of port. Delicious with turkey or chicken, it’s good enough to eat on toast!

RICHARD’S RAVISHING RED ONION MARMALADE  Great Taste Silver Award Winner, 2005 & 2006. This tasty chutney is slow-cooked to bring out all the flavour. Try it with cheese, pies, cold meats, it’s particularly nice with sausages or add a spoonful to gravy. We like to wrap goat’s cheese in filo pastry with a spoonful of Onion Marmalade for a delicious starter!

CHRISTOPHER'S COSMIC CARROT  This is our latest chutney - and it's proving to be a winner!!  The sweetness of the carrots is enhanced by delicious, spicy peppers with just a hint of chilli, it's sure to have you coming back for more!  Whilst it's great with traditional cheese or cold meats, we eat it with pate, salad and lasagne!
