This extremely tasty chutney is slow-cooked to bring out all the flavour. Try it with cheese, pies, cold meats, it’s particularly nice with sausages or add a spoonful to gravy for extra richness.
We like to wrap goat’s cheese in filo pastry with a spoonful of Onion Marmalade for a delicious starter!
